MODEL RELEASE

The Client refers to the baby, children and parents of said baby and/or children being photographed.

Model Release: The Client hereby assign(s) and grant(s) BORN ARCHIVAL CO. and its legal representatives the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of Client or in which Client may be included, for editorial, commercial, trade, advertising, brand partnerships or any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The Client hereby releases BORN ARCHIVAL CO. and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. It is agreed that BORN ARCHIVAL CO. may display and use the photographs taken for advertising, display, website and internet promotion, photographic contests, public display such as in photography books, photography instructional books, store fronts, window displays, studio display, television advertising, magazine advertising and any other purpose thought proper by BORN ARCHIVAL CO.

Client’s Usage: The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints . If Client is obtaining a digital file for reproduction, BORN ARCHIVAL CO. authorizes Client to reproduce the photograph only for personal use.
